At Vintage Wholesale Supply LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curated haul, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our quality standards. Please note that due to the nature of vintage clothing, unique wear and minor imperfections are character traits rather than faults.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive your authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and wholesale manifests are included to prevent any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned inventory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
